Riverside
Terrace Staff
Riverside Terrace staff are a group of individuals who are committed
to maximizing the quality of life of each resident. Personal interactions
between staff and residents are viewed as precious opportunities
to enhance the living experience of the senior residents at Riverside
Terrace. Our staff have diverse educational and experiential backgrounds
in the areas of health care administration, gerontology, nursing,
medication management, recreational therapy, marketing, business,
food service, environmental operations, and many others. Personal
caregivers are required to be Certified Nursing Assistants with
extensive experience in senior care. They also receive thorough
training in the areas of assisted living, medication management,
and customer service principles.
Staff work collaboratively with the resident and his or her family
to provide assistance in any area that a person needs. Staff are
on duty 24 hours per day. Additionally, the Facility has several registered nurses on staff and on call. There is always a nurse supervisor
available through a call system arranged with Beloit Memorial
Hospital. Facility staff work closely with the resident's physician,
pharmacist, and other health care providers to ensure a multidisciplinary,
comprehensive approach to care.
The special, warm relationships between the staff and the residents
of Riverside Terrace contribute to a homelike, loving atmosphere
in an elegant, relaxing setting.
